Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

A. Click the “Cancel Your Subscription” button in the “Your Membership” modal. A screen will appear asking for a cancellation reason. Select the appropriate reason and click “Cancel Subscription.” If you change your mind, click “No, I’ll Keep It.”

Q. How do I delete my account?

A. Go to your User Profile page, scroll to the bottom, and click “Delete Account.” Check the box “I Confirm to Delete My Account” and click “Delete Account” to proceed.

Note: This is permanent; all data will be erased and cannot be restored.

Q. How is my credit card billed?

A. Charges appear on your statement as “TAAX APP LLC.” Your card is automatically charged on the scheduled renewal date, and an invoice is sent via email for every successful payment.

Q. Can I add new employees to my TAAX App account?

A. Yes. Navigate to the left side panel, hover over “Employees,” and click “Add Employee.” You can assign them specific roles, permissions, and responsibilities.

Q. Can each employee have a different role?

A. Yes. Go to the left side panel, hover over “Employees,” click “View Employees,” and assign the role.

Q. Will each employee have their own dashboard and calendar?

A. Yes. Each employee will see only their own clients, appointments, and notifications.

Q. Can each employee have their own number and extension?

A. Yes. Each employee can have multiple numbers and extensions.

Q. Can each employee host their own meetings?

A. Yes. Each employee can host their own meetings.

Q. Do clients have to use the app to schedule appointments?

A. No. You have your own calendar link and business URL, and you can also send a preset calendar link directly to their email.

Q. Can the client choose between Virtual or In-Office appointments?

A. Yes. They can select either option at the time of booking.

Q. Can I set appointments to auto-approve?

A. Yes. You can set your calendar to auto-approve all appointments.

Q. Can I block out days I don’t want to accept appointments?

A. Yes. You can mark specific dates as unavailable, useful for holidays, internal events, or personal leave.

Q. Does the calendar display both virtual and in-office appointments?

A. Yes. Meeting details will show the type (virtual or in-office) for each location and employee.

Q. Does my calendar availability update automatically?

A. Yes. Time slots are automatically removed each time a booking is made.

Q. Is there a time limit on meetings?

A. No. There are no time restrictions on meetings.

Q. Can my clients call me directly from the app?

A. Yes. You can use your virtual number as a direct dial number and for virtual meetings.

Q. Can I purchase more than one number?

A. Yes. You can purchase multiple numbers and assign them as direct employee numbers.

Q. Can I create departments for my business?

A. Yes. You can use preset and custom extensions as departments.

Q. Do I have to send a meeting link manually?

A. No. The system automatically provides both meeting links and a direct connect button in the customer portal.

Q. Can team members communicate internally and share documents?

A. Yes. The team chat feature handles internal communication and document sharing across client files without slowing down production.

Q. Can my clients use my QR code to leave a review?

A. Yes. The QR code directs clients to their customer portal where they can leave a review.

Q. Will each employee have their own QR code?

A. Yes. Each employee’s QR code directs the customer to the business profile.

Q. When I change my business information, does it automatically update on the QR code?

A. Yes. Changes update instantly and automatically across the system.

Q. Where are customer reviews displayed?

A. Reviews are displayed on the TAAX App Marketplace.

Q. Can a document be more than one page?

A. Yes. Documents can be multiple pages, and you can set each signing point.

Q. Can multiple people sign one document?

A. Yes. You can set the signing order, and each party will receive the signature request in that order.

Q. Are clients notified that a signature is needed?

A. Yes. Clients receive both app and email notifications along with daily reminders.

Q. Is there a shareable link I can send manually?

A. Yes. Each document includes a URL that you can send as a link.

Q. Can I apply my online notary seal to a document?

A. Yes. You have the option to make it a notary document and apply your seal.

Q. Will the final file size be reduced?

A. Yes. The file size will be reduced while maintaining the highest quality.

Q. Do you have preset forms and questions?

A. Yes. You can create your own questions or use preset questions from the user-generated pool.

Q. Can the form be used to receive documents?

A. Yes. You can specify document types, and clients can upload directly to the form.

Q. Are clients notified when a form is sent to them?

A. Yes. Clients receive app and email notifications along with daily reminders.

Q. Can I use the same form multiple times?
